Location is everything here. Situated in the heart of Como, we were just a short stroll from the cathedral, the lakefront promenade, and a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafés. The ferry terminal was within easy walking distance, making day trips to Bellagio effortless. Despite being so central, the street was surprisingly quiet at night The apartment itself was immaculate. Beautifully decorated with a tasteful mix of modern comfort and classic Italian style. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Communication with the host was flawless from start to finish. Messages were answered promptly, check-in instructions were clear and smooth. Highly, highly recommended — we’re already planning our return trip!"

"Rooms: Very elegant design and facility is wonderfull. The coffee machine, boil water machine, wine glass are fully prepared. Bathroom: Just like the photo presented, you can tell it is well furnished and showering space is the biggest in Italy. Cleaniness: Very clean. Hospitality: The owner recommend many goods osterias and trattorias, but we tried to find several of them were all closed on Sunday or winter. Would be better to recommend what will open during winter season."

The check in procedure is very simple and easy to follow with clear instructions provided. The bed was comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable (I visited in January and it was heated well)."
